There is parking space right on the condo unit property plus extra space for a boat trailer or second vehicle. More parking available thru the condo association office.

Step saver kitchen to cook fish or lobsters you caught or just supplement the fine dining available at many local restaurants. Gas range, large side by side refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, popup toaster, toaster oven, popcorn popper, Margaritaville blender, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, etc.

The original RV has a stick built addition to it with double doors that separate a living room & bedroom. Living room has chairs and large sofa that could sleep a fifth person if necessary plus a single bed that serves as a second sofa. Cable TV, VCR, movie library.

Dining area features a glass top table and 4 chairs. Bay window counter area for the microwave & small appliances. Lots of built in storage.

One bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together. Linens & towels are supplied.

The second bedroom has one single bed but if you like you may roll the other single bed to join it. Original arrangement gives a better traffic pattern to the boat dock door.

Bathroom features a glass shower stall.

Look for condo park's sign at 6099 Overseas Highway in Marathon, left side of US1 as you drive from the mainland. Near mile marker 51. Just past 62nd St. Oceanside. Use second entrance marked "West Side". Go to 55W.

$700/week minimum, $2500/4 weeks. For odd days between even weeks $125/night. Weekly rates and 4 week rates are based on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Monthly rates vary depending on which and how many months you want and are + electricity, water, & gas for the range. Special rates for Holidays and first of Lobster Season. All time periods less than 6 months are + 11.5% sales/bed tax. Greater than 6 months have no tax. Refundable security deposit of $250 required. Cleaning fee of $70.
