Capt. Dave Lewis moved to Key West from Georgia in 1986 and started running light tackle fishing charters. Dave got hooked on Key West and the Florida Keys when he got certified to SCUBA dive in 1969 and started going down on vacation to fish and dive every chance he got thereafter until the final move in 1986. He started the dolphin watching tours in 2000.
