Private charters are customized to what your party wants to do and in addition to the regular dolphin watching and eco-tour, it can include visits to beaches on off-shore islands, visiting shallow water shipwrecks, exploring the back country, etc. Create your own unique private charter. We can carry a maximum of 22 people so we generally have plenty of room and reservations are not needed. It is best to arrive 1/2 hour prior to departure time to purchase your tickets. We start boarding 15 minutes prior to departure times, so to make sure you have a seat and the boat does not leave without you, please don't be late!
There is always the possibility that you may select a day a lot of other people may also want, so especially if you have a large group and you want to guarantee your seats or book a private charter call in your credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover). We will run an authorization to guarantee payment and confirm and hold your reservation date and time. An authorization puts a hold on the funds, without actually making a charge, so that you may not run up your account to your limit in the interim period and thus making the funds unavailable. The authorization is necessary even if you plan on paying with cash to get the 3% discount at which time the authorization is cancelled. This is to guarantee payment and hold your seats for you. If you actually want to pay with the card, you must bring the card to run through our credit card machine. You will need to present a valid driver's license or other form of picture ID that matches the card. If the Captain needs to cancel a trip due to inclement weather (which only very rarely happens), we will try to reschedule you on another trip while you are here. If that is not possible, you will not be charged. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to departure to avoid full ticket charge. For per person reservations you may take another trip free of charge, space available. For private charters, the members of the party may take another trip free of charge on a per person trip, space available. Space available means we already have a trip lined up for a given date and time but it does not have the full complement of passengers booked yet. If you are not at the dock at least 15 minutes before the departure time, you will be considered a no-show and if there are other people there waiting to board, they may take your reserved seats.
